The role
- Build and own the buying plan across price tiers, from everyday pieces through to signature and bridal

- Work closely with design and the factory to take a piece from reference to finished product

- 1 to 5 years in merchandising or buying, ideally in jewellery, fashion or accessories. We will happily consider less if the eye is there

Role Objective
To support the marketing team in executing BTL initiatives, store-level campaigns, branding activities, events, and
activations across all Sunny Diamonds locations. The role requires strong coordination with showrooms, vendors,
and agencies to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
BTL Campaign Execution
• Execute showroom-level marketing initiatives and BTL activities.
• Coordinate with stores for campaign rollouts, branding installations, and activations.
• Ensure timely implementation of marketing campaigns across locations.
Store Branding & Visual Merchandising
• Support installation of hoardings, in-store branding, VM materials, and campaign collaterals.
• Ensure brand guideline compliance across all stores.
Vendor Coordination
• Coordinate with printers, fabricators, event vendors, and agencies.
• Monitor production timelines and quality of marketing materials.
Event & Activation Support
• Assist in executing store launches, promotions, exhibitions, and marketing events.
• Coordinate logistics, setup, and post-event reporting.
• All stakeholders follow up, including internal teams like the finance and purchase teams
Campaign Monitoring & Reporting
• Track execution status across locations.

• Maintain execution reports with photo documentation.
• Track expenses and vendor invoices related to BTL activities.
Travel & Field Coordination
• Travel frequently to store locations across Tamil Nadu and other regions.
• Provide on-ground supervision during marketing executions.

THE ROLE

The UI/UX Designer will research, design and improve the user experience of ERP and enterprise software products. The role translates business workflows and user requirements into responsive interfaces, wireframes and prototypes, and works closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

UI Design & Design Systems
• Design modern, responsive web interfaces for ERP applications, including dashboards, forms, reports, workflow screens and admin panels.
• Create reusable design systems and UI component libraries, and maintain consistency across SPR DigitalLab products.
• Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
UX Design, Flows & Prototyping
• Study business workflows, user requirements and user behaviour to identify usability needs.
• Create user journeys, information architecture, user flows and wireframes.
• Develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes before development begins.
• Improve navigation and interaction patterns based on user feedback and usability observations.
Collaboration & Development Handoff
• Work closely with Product Owners / Product Managers and Business Analysts to understand business requirements.
• Coordinate with Developers and QA teams during implementation and participate in sprint planning and product discussions.
• Prepare clear design specifications and hand over designs for development.
• Review implemented screens for design accuracy and suggest usability improvements.
Design Standards, Quality & Documentation
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure accessibility and usability standards are followed.
• Apply Material Design or Bootstrap design principles where appropriate.
• Create pixel-perfect UI designs and maintain design documentation throughout development.
• Support consistency, browser compatibility and responsive behaviour across enterprise web applications.

This is a logistics and office-support role where you will handle different types of work inside and outside the office. Your duties will include visiting banks for cash and cheque deposits, managing the storeroom, packing and dispatching materials, handling courier and delivery work, maintaining basic stock records in Excel and company software, purchasing office and production items, and coordinating with government offices, consultants and showrooms. You may also need to deliver or collect items and documents across Kochi and sometimes other parts of Kerala. The role requires honesty, punctuality, regular travelling, careful handling of cash and valuable items, and flexibility to manage urgent work, including occasional duties on Sundays or holidays.

Qualification - Graduate in any discipline. Good communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Tamil. Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets) and good typing speed.

Support Data Management Systems operations through data handling and maintenance, office coordination activities, and data analytics support. Responsible for ensuring accurate data management, assisting in coordination of operational processes, generating analytical insights, and supporting efficient system and administrative functions.

Responsible for safe and timely transportation for official travel, vehicle maintenance and documentation, travel coordination, and support for office administrative activities. Handles vehicle records, routine maintenance, logistics coordination, basic office support, data entry, and reporting while ensuring compliance, punctuality, and efficient operational support.

Support HR operations onboarding, payroll support, database management, and reporting. Coordinate interviews and maintain employee record. More of Admin activities & knowledge of HR policies and MS Office.

Manage inventory operations including shipment tracking, stock maintenance, barcoding coordination, and reporting. Ensure accurate stock levels and timely movement.

Qualification - Graduate or Plus Two. Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills.

Responsible for supporting showroom operations through team management, reporting and documentation, maintaining customer service standards, and overseeing day-to-day operational planning. Responsible for delivering excellent guest relations and customer service by welcoming customers, addressing enquiries and complaints, coordinating assistance, and ensuring a premium guest experience. Supports feedback collection, maintains guest records and logbooks, assists showroom operations, and ensures compliance with service quality and hospitality standards while continuously enhancing customer satisfaction.

Qualification - Graduate in any discipline with computer skills.

Handle sales billing, customer transactions, GST calculations, and financial documentation. Maintain records and ensure accuracy in billing processes.

Qualification - Bachelor of Commerce. Strong numerical and accounting skills.
